Terms and Conditions for Artist Spotlight Session

1. Booking and Payment 1.1. Payment for the session is due prior to the session commencement date or conditions of the promotion. 1.2. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges. 1.4. There is a no refunds policy on all promotional services due to the popularity and demand for these services so please read the conditions carefully and the available date for the session

2. Studio Rules and Conduct 2.1. Clients must arrive on time. Time lost due to late arrival will not be compensated. 2.2. The studio environment must be respected. Any damage to equipment caused by the client or their guests will be the client’s financial responsibility. 2.3. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on studio premises unless previously agreed upon. 2.4. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

3. Recording Session 3.1. The studio will provide a professional recording environment, including necessary equipment and an engineer. 3.2. The client is responsible for bringing all necessary materials, including instrumentals, lyrics, and any required files. 3.3. Sessions will end at the scheduled time unless extended by prior arrangement and additional payment.

4. Mixing and Mastering 4.1. The mixing and mastering process will begin once the recording session is completed and full payment is received. 4.2. The client is entitled to 3 free revisions for mixing and mastering. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge of $50 per revision. 4.3. Turnaround time for mixing and mastering will be approximately 7 business days unless stated otherwise. 4.4. The final master will be delivered in [MP3 &WAV].

5. Ownership and Rights 5.1. The client retains full ownership of the recorded material upon full payment. 5.2. The studio reserves the right to use snippets of the session for promotional purposes unless a written agreement states otherwise. 5.3. If beats or instrumentals are provided by the studio, licensing terms must be agreed upon separately.

6. Liability 6.1. The studio is not responsible for lost or corrupted files after the final delivery. Clients are advised to back up all files immediately. 6.2. The studio is not liable for personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

7. Confidentiality 7.1. The studio ensures that all recorded material remains confidential and will not be shared without the client’s permission, except for promotional use if agreed upon.

8. Agreement 8.1. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. 8.2. Any disputes arising will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Queensland
